Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness Announces New Leadership Team

Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, a prominent health-focused agency under the Publicis Groupe umbrella, has unveiled a significant shake-up in its executive team. The agency announced the appointment of three new leaders on Wednesday, marking a strategic move to strengthen its position in the healthcare marketing landscape.
New Executive Appointments
Brendan Gallagher has been named as the new president of Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. Gallagher brings a wealth of experience from within the Publicis network, having spent about two decades at Digitas Health and most recently serving as the chief connected health officer of Publicis Health since 2019.
Joining Gallagher in the leadership overhaul are Divya Dileep as chief creative officer and Beth Bour as the agency's first-ever chief client officer. Dileep's background includes creative director roles at several notable agencies, including CDM, Grey Group, TBWA, and Jacques. Bour, who has previously held positions at FCB Health, Havas Life, and Digitas Health, joins Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness after serving as chief client officer for Publicis' Pfizer contract since 2023.
Strategic Vision for Healthcare Marketing
Matt McNally, global CEO of Publicis Health, expressed confidence in the new leadership team, stating, "Brendan, Beth, and Divya represent a mix of talent perfectly positioned to deliver what's next for healthcare marketing." McNally emphasized the strategic importance of these appointments, noting Gallagher's instrumental role in shaping connected health and innovation strategies, Bour's expertise in leading client teams, and Dileep's vision for the future of creativity.
The agency aims to leverage this diverse skill set to evolve and expand its impact in the healthcare industry. Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness has already made significant strides in the field, with notable campaigns for Walmart's flu vaccination offerings, an eco-friendly paper pill bottle, and an eosinophilic esophagitis awareness initiative for Takeda.
Publicis Health's Ongoing Transformation
These appointments are part of a broader transformation within Publicis Health. McNally himself is a recent addition to the Publicis Health team, having taken the helm as CEO at the start of the year after a stint as CEO of Omnicom Health Group. The leadership changes at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness follow closely on the heels of another high-profile appointment within the Publicis network, with former Omnicom Health Group Chief Marketing Officer Craig Romanok recently joining Digitas Health as chief commercial officer.
As Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness embarks on this new chapter with its refreshed leadership team, the agency is poised to continue its innovative approach to healthcare marketing, further solidifying its position within the Publicis Health portfolio and the broader pharmaceutical industry landscape.
