Tia and Nourish Partner to Enhance Women's Health and Nutrition Services

Tia, a primary care and women's health company, has announced a strategic partnership with Nourish, a nutrition platform, to expand access to comprehensive healthcare and personalized nutrition services for women. This collaboration aims to integrate nutrition more deeply into women's healthcare, addressing a wide range of health goals and conditions.
Comprehensive Care Model
The partnership between Tia and Nourish reflects a growing trend in healthcare towards more holistic and integrated approaches to women's health. Tia's existing model, which combines gynecology, primary care, mental health, and evidence-based wellness services, will now be enhanced with Nourish's personalized nutrition guidance.
Jessica Horwitz, Tia's chief clinical officer, emphasized the importance of this integration, stating, "We believe nutrition is a cornerstone of women's health and vitality. While nutrition has always been integrated into Tia's holistic clinical model, our partnership with Nourish provides tailored nutritional care to our patients."
Expanded Services and Accessibility
Through this collaboration, Tia members will gain access to Nourish's platform, which offers personalized nutrition care, medically tailored meals, and educational support. The Nourish mobile app allows patients to track meals and log their progress, providing a comprehensive tool for managing their nutritional health.
Importantly, both companies have partnerships with major health insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and Medicaid. This alignment means that most patients can access these integrated services with minimal out-of-pocket costs, significantly improving accessibility to comprehensive women's health care.
Growth and Future Expansion
As of January, Tia reported serving 40,000 members across California, New York, and Arizona. The company has plans to expand its footprint to Chicago, Boston, and Atlanta. Tia's growth strategy includes partnerships with health systems such as UCSF Health, CommonSpirit Health, and Cedars-Sinai.
Nourish, meanwhile, serves hundreds of thousands of patients across all 50 states and has referral partnerships with physicians at organizations like One Medical, Texas Oncology, and Dell Medical Center.
This partnership represents a significant step in addressing the often overlooked aspect of nutrition in women's healthcare. As Aidan Dewar, co-founder and CEO of Nourish, noted, "This partnership with Tia bridges that gap, making it easier for women to integrate personalized nutrition into their care and take charge of their health in a meaningful way."
