(NASDAQ: DFTX) reported Q1 2026 results and outlined multiple upcoming Phase 3 topline readouts for DT120 ODT (lysergide tartrate; LSD ODT formulation) in major depressive disorder (MDD) and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), plus a planned Phase 3 expansion into PTSD.

DT120 ODT (MDD): Enrollment completed in the Phase 3 Emerge study (n=149; 1:1 DT120 ODT 100 µg vs placebo); topline data expected in late 2Q 2026. Phase 3 Ascend is activating sites; first patient dosing anticipated in 2Q 2026; planned enrollment ~175 with 2:1:2 randomization (100 µg, 50 µg control, placebo).

DT120 ODT (GAD): Phase 3 Voyage enrollment completed (n=214; 1:1 100 µg vs placebo); topline data expected in early 3Q 2026. DT120 ODT (PTSD): Company plans to initiate Phase 3 Haven in 2027 (~200 participants; 1:1 DT120 ODT vs placebo); primary endpoint CAPS-5 at Week 8.
