May 8, 2026: Plus Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSTV) said a plenary session at the 2026 American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) Annual Scientific Meeting (May 1–4, 2026; presentation on May 2) reviewed clinical and translational data from the completed Phase 1 ReSPECT-LM single dose escalation trial of REYOBIQ (rhenium Re186 obisbemeda; ¹⁸⁶RNL) for leptomeningeal metastases (LM).
Highlights reported from ReSPECT-LM Phase 1 included median overall survival of ~9 months at the recommended Phase 2 dose versus historical ~2–6 months, high rates of circulating tumor cell reduction and clinical benefit among evaluable patients, a favorable safety/tolerability profile, and highly targeted radiation delivery with a target-to-off-target absorbed dose ratio >100:1. Translational analyses suggested potential immune remodeling (including CD8+ T-cell activation), supporting possible future combination strategies with immunotherapies.
The ongoing ReSPECT-LM Phase 1 multiple-dose trial is enrolling at the University of Texas Health San Antonio to characterize safety and tolerability of multiple doses at defined intervals in LM from any primary solid tumor. REYOBIQ is also being evaluated in ReSPECT-GBM (recurrent glioblastoma) and ReSPECT-PBC (pediatric brain cancer).
