October 8, 2026: NovaBridge Biosciences (NASDAQ: NBP) said updated Phase 1b combination data for givastomig (TJ033721/ABL111), a CLDN18.2 x 4-1BB bispecific antibody, will be presented at ESMO Congress 2026. The study evaluates givastomig plus nivolumab and mFOLFOX6 in previously untreated, HER2-negative, CLDN18.2-positive, PD-L1-positive, locally advanced unresectable or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
The catalyst is a conference presentation of expanded safety and efficacy results from the Phase 1b study. NovaBridge said the ESMO data will provide a more mature view of safety, efficacy, and durability with the triplet regimen. Presentation details: “Expanded Safety and Efficacy of Givastomig... in 1L Metastatic Gastroesophageal Carcinoma,” poster 2945P, to be presented by Samuel J. Klempner, MD, on October 25, 2026, 12:00-12:45 p.m. CET in Madrid.
For program status, the company said givastomig is already being evaluated in a global randomized Phase 2 study (NCT07432295) following positive topline Phase 1b results in first-line metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. The FDA has granted Fast Track Designation for givastomig in combination with nivolumab and chemotherapy for previously untreated HER2-negative advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
