October 8, 2026: Entera Bio Ltd. (NASDAQ: ENTX) said an additional ASBMR 2026 presentation will outline the clinical study design for its planned Phase 3 registrational trial of EB613, an oral PTH(1-34) tablet for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. The late-breaking poster, “EB613 [Oral PTH(1-34)]: The First Oral Anabolic Tablet for the Treatment of Osteoporosis: Phase 3 Study Design,” is scheduled for October 11, 2026 during Late Breaking Poster Session II (Sun-522).

The company also said Phase 2 EB613 data were selected for a plenary poster at ASBMR, with presentations on October 9, 2026 (Fri-026) and October 11, 2026 (Sun-026), in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk of fracture.

Per the release, Entera previously completed a 6-month, 161-patient, placebo-controlled Phase 2 study in postmenopausal osteoporosis/low BMD that met all biomarker and BMD endpoints without significant safety concerns. Reported findings included dose-proportional increases in bone formation markers, reductions in bone resorption markers, and increases in lumbar spine, total hip, and femoral neck BMD, plus favorable 3D-DXA measures including integral and trabecular volumetric BMD, cortical thickness, and cortical surface BMD.
