October 7, 2026: Alector, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALEC) announced a virtual pipeline webinar for October 13, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT to discuss its wholly owned Alector Brain Carrier (ABC) blood-brain barrier platform and ABC-enabled pipeline.

Programs to be featured:

• AL137: a next-generation anti-amyloid beta antibody targeting the pyroglutamate Aβ epitope. Alector says the program uses its TfR-binding ABC domain to limit immune-cell recruitment to reticulocytes while preserving recruitment to Aβ plaques, with the goal of reducing hematologic risk without compromising plaque clearance. The company describes AL137 as designed for enhanced brain exposure, reduced ARIA risk, and monthly subcutaneous dosing.
• AL164, AL062, and ADP065: ABC-enabled siRNA programs targeting tau, alpha-synuclein, and NLRP3, respectively. Alector said it will present preclinical data showing potent target reduction across multiple brain regions. These programs are described as brain-penetrant nucleic acid therapies aimed at intracellular drivers of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurodegenerative diseases, with once-quarterly subcutaneous dosing.
