Aug. 13, 2026: Elicio Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ELTX) reported updates on ELI-002 7P in pancreatic cancer. In adjuvant mKRAS-driven pancreatic cancer, the Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P trial did not meet its primary endpoint after standard locoregional therapy, but the company is continuing pre-specified subgroup analyses, including the R0 resected population, to refine a Phase 3 strategy in adjuvant PDAC; overall survival data were still immature at the time of the analysis.
In metastatic mKRAS pancreatic cancer, Elicio said it observed multiple complete responses following ELI-002 7P treatment and subsequent checkpoint inhibition. Based on these observations, it plans to start a Phase 1 combination trial of ELI-002 7P plus a RAS small molecule inhibitor with or without an anti-PD-1 inhibitor in Q4 2026, using objective response rate including partial and complete radiographic responses as a rapid activity assessment.
Separately, a Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center-led investigator-initiated Phase 1 trial has been activated in neoadjuvant PDAC, evaluating ELI-002 7P with chemotherapy plus an anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor in borderline resectable and resectable disease, with treatment beginning before surgery and continuing post-resection.
Elicio also completed a $15.0 million July 2026 financing and said cash runway extends into Q1 2027.
