September 23, 2026: Artiva Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: ARTV) announced that updated clinical data for AlloNK/AB-101 will be presented in an oral session at the 17th International Symposium on Sjögren’s Disease (ISSjD 2026) in Paris. The presentation, titled “AB-101, an Outpatient-Administered Allogeneic NK Cell Therapy, Combined with Rituximab Generates Robust Efficacy Responses in 11 Patients with Sjögren Disease,” is scheduled for October 1, 2026, during the “Breaking news from clinical trials” session, with Guillermo J. Valenzuela, M.D., as presenting author.
The company describes AlloNK as an allogeneic, off-the-shelf, non-genetically modified, cryopreserved NK cell therapy designed to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and drive deep B-cell depletion in combination with anti-CD20 antibodies. Artiva said initial clinical data across multiple B-cell-driven autoimmune diseases have shown encouraging activity and a tolerability profile supportive of outpatient administration.
Upcoming catalyst: Artiva said it is initiating a Phase 3 registrational trial of AlloNK in refractory rheumatoid arthritis in the second half of 2026. The company also said AlloNK is being evaluated in Sjögren disease, systemic sclerosis, and myositis.
