PAS-004

September 14, 2026: Pasithea Therapeutics Corp. (NASDAQ: KTTA) said it will present initial Part A clinical data from its ongoing Phase 1/1b trial of PAS-004, an oral MEK inhibitor, in adults with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) at the 2026 European Neurofibromatosis Conference in Vienna on November 12–14, 2026. The company said this will be its first public disclosure of clinical data from Part A of the trial.

The conference presentations include an oral presentation on cutaneous neurofibromas in Clinical Session 3 on Friday, November 13, 2026, 08:00–09:30 CET, presented by Rebecca Brown, MD, and a poster presentation on plexiform neurofibromas on Thursday, November 12, presented by CEO Tiago Reis Marques.

Pasithea said full presentations will be released according to the conference schedule and that it plans a follow-up press release with detailed results at the time of presentation.

The release also notes PAS-004 is being studied in a Phase 1 trial in advanced cancer patients (NCT06299839) and in the Phase 1/1b NF1-associated plexiform neurofibroma trial (NCT06961565).
