GRI-0621-IPF-02

Aug. 24, 2026: GRI Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRI) said data from its Phase 2a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled GRI-0621-IPF-02 study in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis will be presented at the 2026 European Respiratory Society Congress in Barcelona on Sept. 5-9, 2026.

GRI-0621, an oral RARβ/γ-selective agonist for IPF, will be featured in one late-breaking oral presentation and three posters on Sept. 6, 2026. The oral presentation will cover safety, translational biomarkers, and lung function from the Phase 2a trial.

The poster presentations indicate:

• Lung function: GRI-0621 “has a positive effect on FVC after 12 weeks of treatment.”
• Translational biomarkers: gene expression, immune cell activity, and collagen marker data “supports a repair phenotype” with anti-fibrotic and pro-resolving effects.
• Safety: the study showed a safety signal demonstrating favorable tolerability.
