Aug. 13, 2026: MacroGenics (NASDAQ: MGNX) reported pipeline and corporate updates. MGC026 (B7-H3 ADC) completed Phase 1 dose escalation; 7.5 mg/kg Q3W is being studied in SCCHN, endometrial cancer, melanoma, and soft tissue sarcoma cohorts. The SCCHN cohort met the pre-specified response threshold to advance to Stage 2, and interim Phase 1 data were accepted for poster presentation at the ESMO 2026 Congress in October.

MGC028 (ADAM9 ADC) remains in dose escalation, with preliminary clinical results planned for late 2026. MGC030, an ADC against an undisclosed solid-tumor antigen, had its IND cleared by FDA in Q2 2026; first patient dosing in a Phase 1 dose-escalation study is planned for Q3 2026. Lorigerlimab (PD-1 × CTLA-4) continues in the Phase 2 LINNET study in advanced gynecologic cancers; interim data were accepted for ESMO 2026, enrollment of 20 additional clear cell gynecologic cancer patients at 3 mg/kg Q3W is ongoing, and an updated readout is expected in 1H 2027. Preclinical TCE MGD032 was nominated and is advancing into IND-enabling studies.

Separately, MacroGenics completed the July 2026 sale of its manufacturing operations to Bora for a $122.5 million base price ($119.6 million cash received), shifting to an outsourced manufacturing model. Pro forma cash was $327 million, with runway guided through 2028.
