August 6, 2026: Evommune (NYSE: EVMN) provided a pipeline update with multiple upcoming catalysts. For EVO756, an oral MRGPRX2 antagonist, top-line Phase 2b data in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis are expected in September 2026 from a fully enrolled 120-patient dose-ranging trial; the primary endpoint is percent change in EASI at Week 12, with secondary measures including EASI-50/EASI-75 and Pruritus-NRS. In migraine prophylaxis, Evommune initiated a global randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2b trial in July 2026 in about 330 adults with refractory migraine; top-line data are expected in 2027, with the primary endpoint of change in monthly migraine days.

For EVO756 in chronic spontaneous urticaria, the company said June 2026 Phase 2b top-line results failed to meet the primary endpoint of UAS7 change at 12 weeks at any dose, although EVO756 was reported as safe and well tolerated; development in CSU has been discontinued.

For EVO301, an injectable IL-18 binding protein fusion protein, full positive Phase 2a atopic dermatitis data will be presented at an upcoming medical conference, including secondary endpoints and biomarker data. A placebo-controlled, dose-ranging Phase 2b AD trial is planned to start in mid-2027. Cash, cash equivalents, and investments were $288.0 million as of June 30, 2026, with runway projected through 2028.
