PAS-004

July 21, 2026: Pasithea Therapeutics Corp. (NASDAQ: KTTA) announced that an abstract from its Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PAS-004 (a macrocyclic oral MEK inhibitor) in patients with MAPK pathway-driven advanced solid tumors has been accepted for poster presentation at ESMO Congress 2026 (Developmental Therapeutics track). The poster (Abstract/Poster #1050P) titled “Phase I Dose-Escalation Study of the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of PAS-004…” will be presented Friday, October 23, 2026 (15:15–16:00 CEST) in Madrid, Spain. The full abstract is expected to be published on the ESMO website per embargo policy, and the company plans to issue a follow-up release with detailed results at the time of presentation.

The release also notes ongoing clinical development of PAS-004 in a Phase 1 trial in advanced cancer patients (NCT06299839) and a Phase 1/1b trial in adult patients with NF1-associated plexiform neurofibromas (NCT06961565).
