July 20, 2026: ORIC Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ORIC) announced three poster presentations planned for the ESMO Congress 2026 (Oct. 23–27, 2026; Madrid).
• Enozertinib (ORIC-114) — NSCLC: A poster will present data from an ongoing Phase 1b trial of enozertinib, described as a brain-penetrant, highly selective EGFR inhibitor, in treatment-naive metastatic NSCLC with EGFR atypical mutations (Poster 2627P; Metastatic NSCLC session; Oct. 26, 2026, 12:00–12:45 CET).
• Rinzimetostat + darolutamide (Himalayas-1) — mCRPC: A trial-in-progress poster will highlight the design of the ongoing global Phase 3 Himalayas-1 study in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer patients previously treated with abiraterone acetate (Poster 2303TiP; Metastatic Prostate Cancer session; Oct. 23, 2026, 3:15–4:00 CEST).
• Rinzimetostat mechanistic data — mCRPC: An ePoster will highlight data supporting rinzimetostat’s potential to enhance androgen receptor signaling and restrict lineage plasticity, including mechanistic proof-of-concept in patient samples (Poster 1128eP; Developmental Therapeutics session).
