Namodenoson - (CF102-222PC)

July 20, 2026: Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (NYSE: CANF; TASE: CANF) announced that an abstract with positive results from its Phase 2a study of oral Namodenoson in advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) was accepted for poster presentation at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026. The study enrolled patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who had progressed after prior standard therapies (predominantly third-line); the company said the trial met its primary safety endpoint and showed encouraging survival outcomes with durable disease stabilization, including a patient treated in second line who remains alive for more than 18 months.

The poster is titled “Durable Disease Stabilization with Namodenoson in Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma: Results from a Phase 2a Study.” Presentation timing, session, and poster number will be provided later.

Can-Fite said it is planning a next-stage Phase 2b pancreatic cancer study evaluating Namodenoson in combination with chemotherapy. The release also notes Namodenoson is in a pivotal Phase 3 trial for hepatocellular carcinoma and a Phase 2b trial in MASH.
