[212Pb]VMT-α-NET

July 17, 2026: Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. (NYSE: CATX) announced that updated data from its [²¹²Pb]VMT-α-NET program were accepted for presentation at the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026 (Oct. 23–27, 2026; Madrid). The Rapid Oral presentation (Abstract #2396RO) by Thorvardur Halfdanarson (Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center) will report cohort-level safety and efficacy results from Cohorts 1–3 in advanced somatostatin receptor subtype 2 (SSTR2+)-expressing neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) (presentation scheduled Oct. 23, 2026, 4:25–4:30pm CEST).

[²¹²Pb]VMT-α-NET is designed to target SSTR2 and deliver the alpha-emitting isotope lead-212 to SSTR2-expressing tumors. The ongoing trial (NCT05636618) is a multi-center, open-label dose-escalation/dose-expansion study in unresectable or metastatic SSTR2-positive tumors in patients who have not received prior radiopharmaceutical therapies. Interim data (cutoff April 17, 2026) were previously presented at ASCO 2026; initial efficacy data for remaining Cohort 2 patients and Cohorts 3–4 are pending. ESMO plans to release further abstract details on Oct. 19, 2026.
